Welcome to voicery.net, an online platform providing access to an AI-powered real-time voice changer and related documentation and services (collectively, the “Service”). 1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age in your country that allows legal consent to use online services. You are responsible for your own use of the Service and any consequences resulting from it.

• You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform or its software.
• You may not impersonate others, use unauthorized voices for deepfakes, or distribute models that infringe upon copyright or likeness laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design on voicery.net are either owned by us or licensed for our use. You may not use any part of the Service's content without explicit written permission.

3. AI Model Usage & Licensing

.voicery is built on top of the open-source W-Okada voice changer. Use of the Service includes open-source elements under their respective licenses. We provide no warranty for open-source components. Any pre-trained or embedded models may be provided for educational or experimental use only, and should not be used to create or share deceptive or malicious audio.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform may include links or integrations to third-party tools (such as Discord, GitHub, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or Keitaro). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Your interaction with them is governed by their own policies.

5. Privacy and Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use your data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

6. User Content and Feedback

By submitting content (such as support inquiries, feedback, or bug reports) to us, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use that content to improve our platform.
